• Copyright Infringement: Content, media, or proprietary data you do not own or have explicit permission to distribute.
• Service Abuse: Flooding, bulk spamming, automated script abuse without consent, or attempts to exhaust platform storage and bandwidth.

2. Public Access Warning

All generated links provide unrestricted public access to anyone holding the URL:

• No Confidential Data: Never upload sensitive personal records, private photos, passwords, access keys, or internal private documents.
• Assume Public Visibility: Any file uploaded must be treated as public-facing media.

3. Retention & Automatic Purges

This service operates as a temporary drop tool, not a permanent file storage solution:

• Lifespan: Files typically expire and are permanently purged after approximately 48 hours.
• Early Deletion: Files may be purged sooner without warning if global storage reaches capacity, replacement cleanups trigger, or maintenance occurs.
• Zero Backups: No data recovery or backup guarantees are provided.

4. Enforcement & User Liability

We maintain strict moderation to safeguard users and infrastructure:

• Instant Takedowns: Content reported for violations or abuse will be deleted immediately without notice.
• Access Bans: Abusive behavior, DDoS attempts, or bot exploitation will result in permanent IP and subnet bans.
• Sole Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for the content you upload and distribute. Platform operators bear no liability for user uploads.

5. Data Collection & Logging

To operate the service safely and prevent abuse, we collect minimal technical data:

• Uploaded Files: The media files you submit are stored temporarily in object storage and purged according to our retention policy.
• Network & Request Data: We log IP addresses, access timestamps, user-agent headers, and request paths. This data is used solely for rate-limiting, bot detection, and mitigating abuse.
